Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered Behavior Technicians go beyond implementation and are purposefully driven to inspire feelings of belonging and inclusion for autistic children and families with children who have autism.

  • Facilitates safe and comfortable learning through individual and group activities.
  • Upholds and implements high quality principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Collects reliable and consist data.
  • Openly engages with a complex collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Speech Language Pathologists promote development and diversity in communication and are driven to inspire feelings of belonging and inclusion for autistic children and families with children who have autism.

  • Assess speech, language, social communication, and pre-literacy skills in a holistic manner.
  • Creates strengths-based therapy goals which foster communication growth and self-advocacy skills.
  • Expands barrier free access to Augmentative and Assistive Communication (AAC) systems to foster multimodal communication.
  • Provides inclusive education on speech and language development.

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Occupational Therapists foster functional development of feeding, sensation, gross motor skills and fine motor skills to inspire feelings of belonging and inclusion for autistic children and families with children who have autism.

  • Facilitates safe and comfortable learning in group activities.
  • Integrates an understanding of a child’s sensory, visual motor, and fine motor needs to
    provide education and accommodations which facilitate play and learning.
  • Fosters play and exploration to expand picky and restricted feeding
  • Constructs meaningful and impactful learning activities through child-led play and
    interest-based learning.
  • Views all behavior as communication and inspires depth in holistic collaboration.

Physical Therapist (PT)

Physical Therapists facilitate novel skill acquisition to expand play and socialization for autistic children and families with children who have autism.

  • Constructs environments which invite play for children at all ability levels.
  • Integrates communication and sensory needs to facilitate engagement in play.
  • Encourages social expansion through common games and activities.
  • Fosters growth through progressive skill acquisition.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Behavior Analysts integrate critical structure and analytics across the multidisciplinary team in a naturalistic environment to inspire feelings of belonging and inclusion for autistic children and families with children who have autism.

  • Makes recommendations founded in sound principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Performs high quality behavior assessments and intervention planning.
  • Integrates child autonomy to design naturalistic, play based programming
  • Fosters collaboration and professional inclusion for families, behavior technicians, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech language pathologists, and teachers.
